Scott and Jerilyn are amazing people! They made my wedding everything I wanted and more! They are very down to earth and easy to work with! They let you take the lead and give suggestions if you ask for them! I did not have one song mess up during my whole wedding! Scott also came up and made an announcement at the beginning of the wedding for everybody to put their cell phones away! They are more than just DJs, they make the reception go so smoothly! If they noticed anybody that had not ate, they will go and ask them if they have ate and if he can get them a plate! Scott was constantly checking on us seeing if we needed any refills or anything! We used Scott and Jerilyn for our wedding just over a month ago to DJ, MC, and officiate. They out-shined all our other vendors combined. Not only did they explain their exact process for our entire event, but they did it. The easiest way to describe our wedding was perfect. It went smoother than I could have ever imagined and Jerilyn and Scott were one of the major driving factors! Amazing to work with is an understatement. These guys were such a huge help and were a huge part of our wedding! it literally wouldn't have happened without them (we did the triple threat: coordinating, djing, and officiating). I probably wouldn't have stayed remotely sane without them! I also enjoyed the fact that we met several times before the day to just hang out and get to know each other, which definitely help remove the standard vow reciting at the ceremony. Scott did a fantastic job with our service. I dont think I could have wrote it better. Jerilyn was a wonderful coordinator! She made sure everything was how it was supposed to be, making sure that responsibility didn't fall on me or my husband. Even throughout the reception they made sure we were still good. And Brittany killed it with the DJing. awesome music! Everyone had a good time! My only complaint was that it went by in a blur, but that definitely had nothing to do with the FANTASTIC job everyone did!

We chose Scott and Jerilyn for all of the services they provide - Officiant, DJ, and Wedding Coordinator - and we definitely made the right decision! We had dinner with them several times before the wedding to get to know each other, which made everything much more sentimental on the wedding day. Scott was the perfect officiant, making the service exactly what we wanted, and adding some really meaningful words that he has observed through his time knowing us. I even had guests commenting on how amazing he did officiating the wedding. Jerilyn was always on top of anything and everything for the wedding day and allowed me to enjoy the process while she reached out to the vendor. I can't imagine how stressful it would have been without her. Also, on the wedding day, I had a pollen stain on my dress right in the middle of pictures. And when it comes to the DJ part... when the last song played at 11:00, we still had over half the crowd there partying. Power Blast events made our big day everything we could have ever dreamed about. Scott and Jerilyn made a huge impact on our lives in such a short time. We will miss them!!

They were beyond amazing. They set up times to meet with you through out your wedding planning process to see if there is anything you need help with and finalize all the final details. I never had a problem getting a hold of them either. I could text Scott or Jerilyn an they would respond right away.

I can't say enough about how awesome they were during the rehearsal and the day of the wedding. Scott was out DJ and Jerilyn was the day of coordinator. Form the time they got to the venue for the rehearsal, they took charge. Jerilyn did such a great job getting our big group together and making them listen (which trust me, with a 18 person bridal party isnt easy to do) They took charge the entire day of the wedding. I never once had to answer a question from vendors or family members, they were on site to take care of it all. It made the day relaxing and stress free. If I needed anything, they did it right away without questions. They followed the time line exactly how it was written out. My favorite thing that they did was after the ceremony and pictures were over, they took me and my husband aside to a room where we were by ourselves and fixed us a plate of food to give us 15 minutes of alone time and where we actually got to enjoy our food before the reception started. They always made sure that I had a drink in my hand while I was dancing and they kept the music and party going all night. I would highly suggest every bride to use them for their wedding. They were just great!

We met in person numerous times, texted, talked over the phone, and even emailed. My husband (ah! Still so exciting to say/type!) and I got married at Red River Farms this past Saturday, with Power Blast Events providing DJ, ceremony music, and day-of coordinating services. With the rain causing us to change plans fairly constantly throughout the week before AND day-of, there were a lot of hurdles to jump through,especially for Jerilyn who was providing coordinating services. Scott and Jerilyn never batted an eye at the challenges and made quick changes seamlessly. One specific example that made me so grateful to have them running the show was after we finished taking photos with the bridal party and our families before walking into the reception. Everything had been delayed significantly as there was too much rain to take pictures prior to the ceremony. Sensing that my guests may be getting pretty hungry, I asked Jerilyn frantically if we could delay all of the dances until after dinner. Without hesitation, Jerilyn said "this is your day. We can do whatever you want." She immediately paged Scott via Walkie-talkie, and 10 minutes later (after the wedding party was introduced into the reception),we were seated at the head table enjoying dinner that Scott had plated for us before we walked in. Our wedding day was full of "plan b" moments, but with the help of power blast events, we are still smiling ear to ear on our honeymoon this week remembering every moment fondly! Thank you to Scott and "Jer", we will remember our special day forever!
